Property Watch Service Disclaimer

We walk through your property on a scheduled basis. We capture comprehensive video and photographic documentation. We make written notes of things we observed that you may want to look at yourself or have evaluated by a licensed professional. We provide this documentation to you through your owner dashboard.

Everything we capture during a visit — every photo, every video clip, every observation note — appears in your owner dashboard. There is no curated subset; the documentation you see is the documentation we made.

We do not provide home inspection services.

Siteline Digital LLC is not licensed as a home inspector under Florida Statute Chapter 468, Part XV, and neither is anyone performing services on its behalf. Specifically, we do not:

• assess the condition of property systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structure, foundation, or any other installed system or component;
• provide professional opinions about property condition;
• recommend repairs or maintenance;
• diagnose problems or causes of observed wear;
• issue inspection reports of the kind described in Florida Statute § 468.8311(1).

VacayVerify's use of the term “verification” refers specifically to verifying that scheduled visits occurred, verifying the visual record of the property at the time of visit, and verifying observations as documented. It does NOT refer to verifying structural integrity, system performance, or professional assessment of property condition.

VacayVerify services do not substitute for any of the following: pre-purchase home inspection, insurance loss assessments, condition assessments for real estate transactions, professional engineering or contractor opinions, code compliance evaluations.

VacayVerify's services are limited to visual documentation as described above. VacayVerify is not responsible for the existence of any condition at the property that we did not cause. VacayVerify is not liable for any decisions made by property owners based on our documentation. Property owners are responsible for engaging appropriate professionals to evaluate any conditions of concern.

Florida savings clause. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201 et seq.) or other applicable Florida law, or limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. If any portion of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and effect.
