I’ve spent most of my life on the Gulf Coast — and I’ve owned a piece of it: a waterfront rental on Pensacola Beach and a condo in Sandestin. I lived that: an AC closet with mold and moisture, water damage around the tubs, a broken bunk-bed ladder, a loose railing, windows that had quietly stopped sealing — the kinds of things even a good property manager can miss.
So I built VacayVerify: an independent, in-depth layer of eyes on your property — documented on video, in your dashboard year-round, including full pre- and post-storm walkthroughs.
